CONFERENCE ADVERTISING

The locations and times of the IOTA conferences vary, and are held in the Spring and Fall. For the most up to date information and announcements on upcoming conferences.  Listed below are the advertising options and prices for an IOTA conference.

 EXHIBITORS 
  Fee $150

                Exhibitor Fee Includes:

• 6 x 3 table with tablecloth and 2 chairs
• Access to electricity
• Breakfast and lunch for exhibit staff
• Early registration assures listing in Conference Program and listing on IOTA's Web Page.
• A contact of all registered attendees

Important Information

Exhibit Area is open for exhibit setup at 7:00 am the day of the conference

We request that exhibits remain open until at least the beginning of the first breakout session at 1:00pm. A Conference Program will be sent to all exhibitors who register. No refund will be available from 14 days prior to conference date.

• Your company's literature displayed on a prominent table for conference participants to take
• Your company's literature restocked throughout conference
• Early registration assures listing in Conference Program
