IOTA's DEI committee is proud to offer a follow up to the December 2022 Implicit Bias webinar in collaboration with the University of Indianapolis' Office of Inclusive Excellence.  CREED (Confront, Report, Engage, Empower, and Distract) is a professional development opportunity for graduates and practitioners who are looking to uncover their own bias' and become better equipped to manage and prevent microaggressions in the workplace. During CREED participants learn skills to recognize microaggressions and bias and are given the skills needed to recognize, address and remedy their effects.   

Please join us via Zoom on Wednesday, September 27 from 7:00-8:30pm EST. CEUs are available. Cost is free for members and $20 for non-members. Due to the nature of the topics being discussed, this session will not be recorded for access at a later time. A zoom link will be sent closer to the event.
