Legislative & Advocacy CommitteeThe Legislative & Advocacy Committee is responsible for advancing our policy and advocacy priorities. This committee works with our association's lobbyist to introduce bills of interest during the legislative session. The L&A Committee also works with members to identify topics for advocacy work groups, and plans and implements our annual Day at the Capitol event. Membership committeeThe Membership Committee is responsible for growing and maintaining association membership and is composed of several subcommittees including: student subcommittee, fundraising subcommittee, and social media subcommittee. DEI CommitteeThe DEI Committee promotes the education and importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the field of occupational therapy in Indiana. The committee works to assure current state practices align with DEI initiatives. Additionally, the DEI Committee offers continuing education opportunities related to DEI topics and initiatives.
