The DEI committee will be hosting a virtual DEI statement writing workshop on Wednesday, May 8th from 7pm EST to 8pm EST.  A DEI statement is a tool that reflects a person's commitment and contribution to diversity in the workplace and can be used on resumes, professional development tools, and as a means of accountability to upholding DEI values in practice. Savannah Moore, the chair of UIndy's COTAD chapter, will be leading the group through the process of understanding, writing, and ways to utilize a DEI statement.
