This event is hosted by IOTA's Mental Health SIS and the Legislative and Advocacy Committee. Presenters will provide an understanding of the new PWFA law and the EEOC’s regulations, helping attendees obtain information on available reasonable accommodations to qualified employees/applicants, empowering them to provide this information to their patients. The session will also cover what to do in case you understand you have been discriminated against and how to navigate the EEOC process.
