    Good afternoon, 

    I am working with a 6 year old child with diagnosis of Autism and his primary insurance is BC/BS of IN (commerical insurance); they are declining my therapeutic activity code due to seeing SLP on same day (we do not co-treat and working on different goals). The SLP does not bill a time code and does not use therapeutic activity.  Is anyone else seeing this in their outpatient therapy clinic?
